risk-adjusted returns. Our disciplined approach begins with extensive "bottom-up," fundamental analysis of specific companies
followed by detailed economic analysis to confirm attractive current and future business trends. Our portfolio typically encompasses
35 – 50 stocks with a weighted average market capitalization significantly higher than the benchmark index. These established
securities maintain strong competitive advantages that allow them to generate consistent earnings and dividend growth in excess
of the market. Additionally, companies are purchased which stand to benefit from an upcoming event or catalyst that will accelerate
earnings growth and drive P/E multiple expansion. All investments are made at favorable valuations based on intrinsic value and an
