Kevin E. Silverman, CFA
Managing Director

Kevin has 29 years of experience in the investment business. Prior to founding Third River, he was a Managing Director at ABN AMRO from 1998 to 2004, including stints in capital markets as a senior analyst and investment management with a team managing the $3 billion ABN AMRO Large Cap Growth Fund. In 2001, he incubated a concentrated value fund that became part of Third River. From 1991 until 1998, he was with Everen Securities as a Managing Director and senior analyst. From 1984 to 1991, Kevin was with Harris Associates/Oakmark as an equity analyst and vice-president. He began his career in 1981 as an equity analyst and vice-president at Duff & Phelps in Chicago. He has served on the Board of the CFA Society of Chicago.

Kevin holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing, as well as an MS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
