CHICAGO, July 29, 2020 — Dearborn Partners, an independent Chicago investment management firm, has added experienced sales director Roger Diaz to its sales team. This addition enables Dearborn’s expansion to Western U.S. regions and further strengthens their ability to provide exceptional service to investment advisors and intermediaries. Roger has over 20 years of experience working with institutions and investment advisors. He joins Dearborn Partners from Macquarie Investment Management where he held a role as a Western Divisional Manager. Roger was also a Managing Director at The TCW Group prior to joining Macquarie Investment Management.
Roger joins the Dearborn Partners Rising Dividend Strategy sales team, headed by Rick Seitz, and will be responsible for the firm’s Western region. Jim Lathrop, Southeast region, and Brian A. Payne, Northeast and Midwest regions, along with two supporting Internal Sales Associates, Jack Carter and Evan Bindas, complete the sales organization.
Roger holds a B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst, CIMA® from the Wharton School of Business.
